FREE U.S. SHIPPING & RETURNS
We will ship your order free to anywhere in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
STANDARD U.S. SHIPPING TIME
Once you place your order, please allow us 1-2 days to process and ship your new dress. All orders are sent via UPS or USPS and will arrive on your doorstep within 3 - 7 business days after we process your order.
We offer UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping option for $25.00 per shipment. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note UPS may not deliver on weekends.
We ship to most international countries via USPS First Class Package International (7-21 days) or DHL Express Worldwide (5-7 Days). The charge will depend on the carrier and country. The full price will be displayed at the time of checkout.
FREE U.S. RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-days Postage Return & Refund Policy:
- Timing: We have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy from the day the item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must maintain original tags and not be worn or washed.
- For returns, please follow the below steps:
- Email support@katelynpreston..com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, the reason for the return. Alternatively, you can also use the contact us page to request a return.
- Return label: We will email you a postage-paid return label for your return.
- Pack your item(s) and attach the shipping label to your package.
- Drop your package at a USPS location.
- When the returned item is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email about the refund status.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method within 48 hrs.
- Tracking: We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails and allow you to track the package and verify delivery. If you have any concerns or issues with your returns or refunds, please contact us or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered
Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to receive your item and process your return. We will issue a full refund back to your original form of payment within 48 hours of receiving your return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
We value the quality and workmanship of our dresses. Please follow the above return process to return the item for a full refund if your merchandise arrives with any damage or defects. Items damaged due to normal wear & tear are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate international returns at this time. However, if your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us and we will gladly send you a replacement. Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees.
